All orders placed on our website are sent from our warehouse in Singapore.
Due to Covid-19 outbreak, some borders may be closed or restricted which potentially add extra transit time. So please make sure first before ordering that your country, or city/district, is open to receive delivery.
We ship to the majority of countries worldwide and offer different shipping options with DHL and FedEx.
We ship with DHL and FedEx. All orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
We do our best effort to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Shipping are processed during normal business hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm WITA (GMT+8).
Orders placed before 12:00 am WITA (GMT+8) will be shipped the same day. While orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
DHL, TNT, and FedEx standard services are 5-7 business days delivery. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details and an estimated delivery times.
Customs processing may delay the delivery of your order. Should you experience such delays, please check with your local customs office. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?
On average, merchandise shipped from our facility 1-2 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-3 days for domestic and ~ 4-14 days for international).

For majority countries:
- Shipping is free for orders over 200$ USD worldwide.
- USD 15 - USD 25 flat rate applies for items on sale or free depends on campaign.
For far countries (under Zone 8 of DHL & FedEx Zoning):
- USD 35 flat rate applies.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
- All orders require a signature upon receipt
- Couriers are unable to redirect orders once orders have been shipped, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.
- We are not held responsible for undelivered and/or lost package. In case of problems or delays, please contact the courier directly
- We ship orders on a Delivery Duty Unpaid/DDU basis which means that you will be responsible to pay the custom/import duties, taxes, and any other levies charged at destination by local custom authorities
- Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred
